在这个疫情肆虐的特殊时期，为了响应政府号召，做到“居家隔离，减少聚集”又能实时响应客户需求，河南大地电力勘察设计有限公司快速组建了“在线设计院”，采取居家远程协同“在线设计”，积极推进各项工程设计工作，开启了电力工程远程“协同设计”和“在线办公”的新模式。In this special period of epidemic outbreaks, in order to respond to the government's call to achieve "home isolation and reduce aggregation" and to respond to customer needs on time, Henan Dadi Electricity Engineering Co., Ltd. quickly set up an "Online Design Institute" Home collaboration remote "online design", actively promote various engineering design work, and opened a new model of remote "collaborative design" and "online office" of power engineering.

一、组建团队，开启远程在线办公(Set up the project team to achieve remote online office)

“在线设计院”由生产副总经理任院长兼技术总工，变电、线路、结构、测量、配电、配网、工程造价等各专业部室全面协同，在较短时间里组建团队，项目负责人通过远程协调，快速进行任务分解，项目团队成员可以在家、在外地进行远程办公。"Online design institute" is composed of vice general manager of production as president and chief engineer of technology. 二、输变电工程三维可视化设计(3-D visual design of power transmission and substation project) 
 
“在线设计院”采用道亨线路设计软件开展线路工程设计，使用道亨三维设计系统进行三维模型建模、平断面排位、电气计算和电气安全校验等。"Online design institute" uses SLCAD transmission line design software to carry out line engineering design, and uses SLCAD 3D design system to carry out 3D model modeling, plane section layout, electrical calculation and electrical safety verification.

三、铁塔结构设计与放样(Tower structure design and lofting)
“在线设计院”采用北京信狐天诚软件科技有限公司的铁塔绘图及放样软件，进行三维实体铁塔绘图及放样，能够直观的显示铁塔零构件的装配组合情况，减少安装碰撞问题，放样完成后能够快速输出角钢及钢板加工程序及材料统计，能满足铁塔结构的力学校验、产品设计和铁塔生产线的放样等技术服务。The "online design institute" uses a software for tower drawing and lofting developed by Beijing Xinhu Tiancheng Software Technology Co., Ltd. 四、配电网工程软件化设计(Software design of distribution network engineering)

“在线设计院”采用特能博世配电网工程标准化设计软件、奥维定位系统软件和电气设计CAD软件开展配电网工程设计，工作内容包括10千伏及以下城农网设计，商业建筑、工业与居民建筑等供配电设计。

“在线设计院”拥有从事电力工程造价咨询全过程服务的专业技术队伍，以及广联达、博微电力工程造价软件，能够开展电力工程投资估算、概算、预算以及结算等全过程的造价咨询服务工作。"Online design institute" has a professional technical team engaged in the whole process of power engineering cost consulting services, as well as Guanglianda, Bowei power engineering cost software, which can carry out the whole process of cost consulting services such as power engineering investment estimation, budget, budget and settlement.
